All races will start and finish at the Port of Airlie precinct in Coconut Grove across the road from the Saturday markets in Airlie Beach. The courses are very similar to last year with slight adjustments at the start and turn around points.

The Airlie Beach Marathon will be the North Queensland Marathon Championship and run over four laps of 10.55 km between Port of Airlie and Cannonvale Beach. The Cruise Whitsundays Half Marathon and Relay is two laps over the same course as the marathon and the Mantra Hotels 10 km event is one lap over the same course.

The GJ Gardner Homes 5 km Fun Run and Corporate Team Challenge will be one lap over the first part of the marathon course with the turn around near Coral Sea Resort. The Whitsunday Times 2 km Junior Dash and Primary School Challenge will be four laps and the 1 km Kids Run/Walk will be two laps, both at the Port of Airlie Precinct.

These courses will be amazing for runners and spectators alike with stunning views at all times and the opportunity for spectators to see a marathon runner up to eight times during the race.
